OPINION This is a suit by a vendee against the vendor and his real estate agents to rescind the purchase of real estate and for incidental and punitive damages based on misrepresentations as to parking facilities and zoning of the property. At the Conclusion of the evidentiary hearing, the chancellor, without a jury, dismissed the suit as to all parties. Plaintiffs have appealed.
