This is a companion case to No. 186. It is an action brought by three young women and their respective fathers against the state of Wisconsin for personal injuries allegedly caused by the negligence of state employees. The trial court sustained the demurrer of the defendants and ordered the plaintiffs, within twenty days, to file an amended complaint in default of which the defendants could have judgment dismissing the action. No amended complaint was filed and on application of the defendants the action was dismissed. Appeal is taken from the order sustaining the demurrer and from the judgment dismissing the complaint.
